» if they like they can make individual instagram accounts and post whatever they want as long as it doesn’t affect their career
» artists are always part of the development process of new comebacks and albums and have a say in basically everything, from the date, the concept to songs and choreography - if they show talent in those areas
» artists are responsible for their actions, though the company will help if it’s justified and needed
» mandatory self-defense classes
» they are allowed to have some time off every year, depending on their overall schedule, yet they are supposed to talk to the company and decide on a certain period of time
» artists are allowed to interact with each other and talk about other idols, though interactions with those are rather unlikely, yet not forbidden by mania
» it is not allowed to use rock paper scissors to determine who has to clean the dorm’s bathroom. this applies especially to paradox.
